Oscar Bazoberry Chief Executive Officer

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Currently Mr. Bazoberry is leading the development and implementation of a global software platform (M.net) and a financial network (TX.net)
to manage Micro-financial Institutions' (MFIs) clients, services and operations.
Mr. Bazoberry has successfully achieved a proof of concept, and now he is in discussions with major co-investors to globalize
the project via strategic acquisitions.
Mr. Bazoberry's ability to leverage Telecom and Information Technology to optimize and globalize Management and Operational processes,
anticipate technological cycles and turn around operations has created over a billion dollars in value for his clients and shareholders.
Some of the highlights of his 28 years of International Executive experience follow:
- Developed regional and global strategies for some of the world's largest Telecom Carriers (i.e. Global One, Sprint, Teleglobe)
- Played instrumental roles in the formation and development of local, regional and global companies leveraging Internet technologies (i.e. Internet Service Providers)
- Re-structured several International Operations through the creation of regional "Centers of Excellence" to realize synergies. (i.e. Comsat International)
- Originated and successfully carried out several strategic Mergers and Acquisitions in the areas of Telecom and Information Technology
(i.e. Comsat International, Vicom, GBnet, Innova International, Innovatel).
- Managed the implementation and operation of global provisioning and billing logistics for the fourth largest IP carrier in the world (Teleglobe)
After being a pioneer in the Internet field and engaging "who is who" in the field as clients, the "dot com" implosion led
Mr. Bazoberry to organize a Holding Company (World Data Consortium, later renamed Comsat International Holdings) to acquire some
of his client's assets in the Americas. Mr. Bazoberry succeeded in acquiring several companies and ended up as one of the largest
investors in a Holding Company having operations in 14 countries, recently sold to BT.

Mr. Bazoberry has served as a strategic advisor to Corporate Boards, High Ranking US and foreign government organizations,
as well as participated in regional summits (including a presidential summit of the Americas).
Currently he is on the Board of all World Data Ventures investments (www.worlddata.com)

Robert Dick is Executive Vice President and COO of World Data and World Data Ventures.
He has been active in assisting and advising telecom and technology companies with Capital
Funding, formation of Strategic Alliances, Corporate Re-Capitalization, Mergers and Acquisitions
and Investment Banking services -- involving preparation of detailed business plans and financial
cases and developing and negotiating Sale and Purchase agreements.

Bayardo Alvarez Chief Technology Officer

Bayardo Alvarez has over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry.
As a network engineer Mr. Alvarez has lead implementations and consulting on
IP Networking and Services infrastructure in Latin America and Africa, for
regional and national telecom companies.
In the U.S. he has provided IT consulting, integration and management
services to corporations and the government.
His background also includes work in systems analysis, software development
and database design.

Mary Gramaglia Vice President of Sales

Mary Gramaglia is an executive with demonstrated leadership in Sales and Partner Development and experience in strategic
managerial capacities during a corporate merger and restructuring; the launch of technology start-ups, and the creation of
new business initiatives.
Mary Gramaglia most recently was Vice President of Network Services Sales, with responsibilities covering overseas
sales in more than 12 countries in Latin America and Asia for Loral Skynet. In addition to her sales role,
she developed global and regional partnerships to drive revenue and leverage infrastructure at the company.
Prior to Loral Skynet Mary Gramaglia was a Senior Consultant with the National Biometric Security Project and
Global Relief Technologies.
The National Biometric Security Project is a non-profit corporation focused on the application of biometric
technologies as component of identity management solutions in both public and private sector critical
infrastructure environments.
Global Relief Technologies is a solutions provider targeting humanitarian and reconstruction sectors with approach
integrating PDA applications, GIS mapping, GPS tracking and mobile satellite communications.
Mary Gramaglia has was Vice President of Business Operations at Comsat International when it was a division
of Lockheed Martin, and was Executive Director of Business and Consumer Markets for Global One (previously Sprint International.)

Eduardo Bazoberry MFI Pioneer |
Eduardo Bazoberry Otero, is the General Manager of Prodem Private
Financing Fund S.A. (PFF) (FFP). From 1992 through December 1999, Mr.
Bazoberry was the Foundation PRODEM's Executive Director.
Prior to
that, he was Operations and Finance Manager of the Foundation for
Development Promotion of "PRODEM" Micro enterprise. Mr. Bazoberry
worked as Regional Manager for the La Paz Development Corporation
(Corporacion de Desarrollo de La Paz) in 1987. From 1990 through
1988, he evaluated projects for the Emergency Social Fund.
Subsequently, he worked as independent consultant in the area of
institutional development for the Municipality of Trinidad-Beni.

Jose Collazo Director
|
Jose A. Collazo is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Infonet since incorporation in 1988.
When Infonet was acquired by British Telecom in November 2004, annual sales were one billion dollars.
Jose Collazo continues as CEO of the company, now BT Infonet, in addition to his global responsibilities with British Telecom.
From 1967 to 1988, Mr. Collazo held several management positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, (CSC), including President of
the International Division and head of the global network services.
